1km with flippers. Flippers are great. I can go in the fast lane which is basically empty. Did 2x300m reps of freestyle and then breast stroke without fins

Met Belinda at the uni loop. Feeling terrible this arvo. I blame the filling I got today. Did 8x200m reps with 200 rests. They got faster as I went and the dates was 41 sec

I'm reps were 4.04 and 4.15km the first one didn't work

they were alright but could be a lot better.

belair run. Some lady approached us in Karka to ask us if we had heard the Pan pipes....We had not but apparently she hears them all the time.
We then proceeded to run away from her.
