ultra long. I dunno how I feel about this race. I kinda didnt race. I just jogged i guess. I was still tired at the end but running with Bun made me push a bit. Other then finding Bun here and there on the course, it was pretty lonely and I made some pretty terrible errors. 8-10mins in total. boo. Glad I did it and my legs are sore as today.

I had a really scrappy start and could not see the boulder in the thicket at 1 and ran past it. I was standing below 2 and couldn't see it and the same happened for 10. 3-4 mins wasted but prob couldn't go faster with my legs after this cold I've had. Simon is still sick too

Sprint race. Better run today and pretty happy. I knew the hills would hurt but navigated well and had explosive speed at the start.

Sprint relay test third leg runner. Was very easy and not fun really. I cruises at a consistent pace the entire way which I was happy with but I reckon I need some more energy before the race.

Run around the Forrest. Spent the time determining my 100m leg count. On flat is 45, down hill is 50, across is 55, up is 65. Thought it might be needed in czech. Feeling super strong in my abs and butt. Also my quads are feeling good but hammies are tight.

I was planning on doing this session very two weeks leading up to wuoc but I have done it twice. Anyway it was still a good session and did 3.14km. I guess all the park runs helped.

44 sit ups. Ran out of time to do push ups. They take forever!!!
