Parked at nunyara and ran down the trail to mitcham cemetery and back up brown hill and pony ridge and back to the car. Body still aching and tired. This was really quite painful and I am actually stuffed now and can't get off the couch.

Still pretty sore but went out anyway. Simon bailed because he forgot socks so went off with Mel, will and liv. We lost Mel and will on one of the forks and then liv went off by herself to find them and I went home as my legs were not coping. Eventually the rest came back but with no liv, so the others went off to find her and I went home to watch dr who. Hope they found her...

Black hill broken body challenge begins! Can't walk properly and can't run. Tried to do s&c today but hurt too much. Hooray!

Blackhill chAllenge. Leg death. Got super awesome cramps in both my quads going up the bessablocks and had to stop. I ran ok from the 5km mark which I'm happy about. Yah.

Nice run in Belair with the crew. We went up echo tunnel and then up to the other waterfall and observed the lovely view. Nice little meadow up there. Then back.

Dene time trial. Smashed it today. Did 8:19 min for the 1.8km loop. Much better then last weeks 8:51min.

run in Morialta.
My calves and achilles were aching today and I really struggled up the hills to start off with. In the end, going down the hills really hurt as well.

Simon gave me a massage when I got home and it was awesome.

Long run from Zara's house to pole road and back via Sturt valley and Belair. Big turn out. The girls showed up too which was awesome and they did it all and were ok at the end. Felt stronger today and was doing 5min km at the end so that was a plus. I am super tired now after going straight to work after.

Running in Belair before group run as we had to go out shopping after. I went up echo tunnel and then cross country to the restricted train line track and then back through the adventure playground. I got stuck and had to crawl at one point while going through the bush. Now I have a cut on my knee.

I went for a hike by myself with an 8kg pack to practice for Christmas where I am hiking with Ian and will near cradle mtn. I think Will will be doing more drinking then hiking but he will enjoy himself none the less.
