Soo this was a long run, and all was well and good until the last 3km. I had fun just plodding along the brown hill bit and also going up to eagle on the hill. I did NOT like the 3km straight up on waterfall gully. It took me 30mins to get up that dam hill and i was so tired at the end and i didnt even know if i was taking the right track ( i had lost ppl from tying up shoelaces and walking down the last steep hill as knees were sore). Simon bought me a splice though mmm.

i started doing intervals but then i think a hairy caterpilla went down the back of my shirt, anyway it started to burn like crazy and I had to stop, take my shirt of and roll around on the grass for a while

I took it easy in the long run today. Ive had a pretty crappy running week and I kinda just enjoyed my plod around the hills. everything was very pretty.
