Decided to ride from mitcham station to uni. Pumped up my tyres rode to mitcham to find my wheels had deflated! So took the train.

Not a very interesring course. Only did the 21short course cause I had to go to work. Control 4 was in the wrong spot. Was on the right cliff and it was on a knoll up the hill. Alot of the course was long legs the paddock when they had lots of lovely rocks to run in. oh and I was late for work

I did 4x1km reps while practising reading the legs in alot of detail. I am trying to be more aware of reading my map more and finding the key features.

did the sprint course which i made all the junior arrows do. They seem to do pretty well at it, even the junior kids. I can see how they made a mistake at number 6. It is a double level route which isnt very clear on the map.

A quite hilly run in belair that my legs werent ready for today. I think the tempo last night made my legs yired

2x10min tempo session with 2min recovery. Splits for each k was 4.07, 4.08, 4.08 and 4.20
Calves hurt at the end.
