i thought this class started at 10:15 so i came and joined what i thought was the sculpt class. I noticed there was alot of old people in this class and even one guy with an oxygen machine. after 15mins the class ended and the instructed said " thanks for joining us! but your class is next, this is mature moves...."
felt ridiculouslt shitty from about half way. not impressed with my lack of not running well in the last 6 weeks due to injury and stick in leg. Ive got my training program set and ready to go for easter so heeerre we go!
cyclones training in brisbane. Horray! was a bit off pace and just stumbled around not wanting to hurt me leg in the bush. Ran back when the down pour started...map went to mush
Orienteering at rowdy flat. Did a map walk first of the course from oceania....got lost going to 2... Then dis a short course. Navigated better but walked from 7 as my leg was throbbing
Heaps cool course out at barambogie...too bad I ran into a stick and punctured my leg. After 3 visits to 3 different doctors and 1 ultrasound later...i have 2 lovely stitches and a very sore and swolen leg.
