parked my car at war memorial drive and ran to uni. running with backpack fail

run with jenny and fern around sheppards hill and up to flinders uni. Was nice running. Pizza after was excellent. ALso i was in a very good mood after speaking to Simon on the phone for the first time in 2 weeks. :)

i rode my bike to work to be healthy and save petrol. I locked it up outside the shop near the bus stop, 5m away from the shop front. At 7:30 i went to go check on my bike and it was GONE!
the chain was left there and my bike was gone
I'M DEVO!

I got up early to go for a run and do some intervals before i had to go pick up brooke. I did 10x 150 sprints with a 45 sec turn around. I did this at the oval near my house. It was cooooold

score event out at fox creek, very very steep. I did the 2 hour event and was late by 18seconds. It was heaps buggered at the end and had to race around to a friends house for a party so i left straight away

i got a message from tyson when i was leaving work saying " we are not running, its too cold..something to do with snuggling" etc etc along those lines
right i still went running. Thinking that Robin would still show up.

Did warm up + 6x200m sprints

jenny decided to take me for a long run this morning from my house. her plan was a 17km run around morialta and a little bit further. About 2km in i decided that i had absolutely no energy. my legs were already kicking it. So i did the normal deep view loop and came home. it was very very slow and i am unsure what is wrong with me. Maybe i am just tired

i did two sessions tonight, i did 6x200m around the uni track with simon before hand and then after i did 4xhills with jenny, robin and simon later. Tyson and Fern ran elsewhere

nice run from ferns place up to the top of brown hill which according to the plaque on the top is named after brown hill creek...which really means it should be called brown hill creek hill.

i only shadowed a girl around a course today. She is new to orienteering and her name is Lotta. She has only done orienteering 5 times before and we made her do a 4.2km moderate course. she did all the legs cross country and knew what she was doing most the time. good for her :)

me on a mountain bike+ simon running+ adelaide hills= pain

riding from simons house down to craigburn and then back via main road on the new track next to sturt river. my fingers were SO cold and i had to stop at one point to warm them up under my arm pits.
