leg a little sore around the top of course around 12 and 13 but other then that it was fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!..to be running again

Note

trained for 302.30hours this year compared to 227hours last year. yah?

went to the physio. it is a minor strain in my pernius...something muscle in my leg..?? anyway it will heal very quickly, probably all good by the end of the week.
Today i walked around the course and jogged on the flats

so didnt go out today, i can walk better well pretty much fine but i get the pain walking on uneven ground. especailly when my ankle rolls inwards.
I get a shoot of pain up the left side of my right calf. super bad. Ive been neurofen gelling it and massaging it and iced it all yesterday. going to the physio hopefully this arvo

well... this just keeps getting depressing. im getting way to side tracked and i feel sooooo unfit and i dont get it with all this training. IM SOO Mad with myself and to top it all off i have done something to my leg. so today was just a painful jog/walk. i hate it. anger anger anger.

dad dropped me off at the bluff and i ran around there and then back via the beach to Gma's house. Was longer then i thought it would be but still lots of fun.
there is an awesome track that goes along the cliff edge south from the bluff. i want to check that one out tomorrow

went running from G-mas place down to the victor village and back via the beach. While running down the beach i saw a pod of dolphins about 10ms out and so i thought hey i wonder what would happen if i got in the water. So i got in up to my waist and splashed around and they came in real close and played around me for about 5mins..then they swam away. BEST RUN EVER!

i ran with the southern arrows and friends from bridgewater to mylor and aldgate then back to bridgewater via the train line. was heaps good and sooo much better than running on cootha.

simon took me orienteering in belair.. i was very bad to begin with but got the hang of how to orienteer in bush again.. also very thirsty due to pickles so it wasnt a great session but i havn;t orienteered there since i was 7 so it was good fun

ran from G-ma's place down the hindmarsh to greenhills and then up to the highest hill i could find in victor, back down to the ocean and around the trails of the mouth of the hindmarsh. i had to keep making u-turns cause the trails were all flooded.

ow, this really hurt.
I managed to strain both my calves last night while running bare foot and now they are super sore. This run was pretty well, slow, i would run a bit stop and stretch, do some running drills, keep running and stretch some more. They are still sore now. :(

exceptionally slow 1km due to fact i wanted to stay in the pool longer because it was too hot outside

they oval was very wet tonight and i felt great for some reason so i ran bare foot to not get my shoes wet.
was the best fun ever.
i dont know why i felt great tonight, maybe it was the adrenaline of running in ankle deep water, or maybe it was the fact i was still edgy from that massive caffine high i was only today but i dunno it was awesome.

came 3rd in the shotput and threw 6m59cm haha yah
