Hamstrings still aggravating me since Monday nights Harriers. We did 15min tempo and then I made 1 of the 6 hills.

Big day. Park run and then lots of organising before the girls only Orienteering day.
Then running the Orienteering day for the girls which was a big success with 20 girls coming along. Lots of new girls.
Then southern arrows meeting at Jenny. Home now at 8:30

Missed Park run due to helping out the Harriers with the Christmas pageant. I did an exploratory run in Randall’s instead. Super hilly but had fun on the trails in there. Most trails in there are marked for bike and walking, but I was always worried being on them incase I was taken out from behind by a bike.

Bandicoot trail. Legs were sore after the strength I did yesterday so were stiff before I started.
In the last 800m I cramped real bad and I couldn’t run anymore.
Walked very slowly back.

The time at the end included the walking for 6mins.

I had an allergic reaction to the grass and eyes went puffy and my legs came out in hives
