I did course 4 at pewsey vale today. I didn't want to do the 8km. I throughly enjoyed my shorted course and it was excellent middle training.

Long run around the tannehmeahaah... Loop. Then around the bowling green lane loop for extra. Felt alright which is good and legs held up for the hill at the end in mt George

Strained my back folding washing this morning... Of all the things that I could do that hurts my back, washing was not on the list.

Anyway it's not bad just a little twinge. I decided to avoid the intervals and jog out the pain, which my run seemed to do.

My April fools day prank at school went amazingly. All children thought that there was an assignment due today and the kids I had in on the joke played along really well:

Prank was I asked the kids to hand up their term assignments today and gave back marked fake assignments to 5 kids who were in on the joke. Then I told the kids to go online and submit their assignments while they were all freaking out. Then they clicked on the link and up popped a screen saying Gotcha!
