Bowling green lane loop. Nice morning and found a man running from lofty to mylor but he wasn't really sure where he was going.

A really weird morning here in Adelaide. Two thunderstorms came through so I decided to go for a run between the two but got caught in the second one while in Belair. Had my work party last night so feeling pretty tired and slight head achy but the run has helped

Was volunteering this morning at an OPAL event with the junior arrows so didn't get to bridgewater. I went running in the evening and did olave hill. It was so pretty up there today. On the way back I found an iPad on the side of the road still working. How strange , anyway there was a number on the inside of the case ( the case had attached from the iPad and the screen was broken) so I called the girl who it belonged to. Oh and mum and dad are down

Minigaine with Mel. Mel did really well and we basically ran all but 20mins where we got a frozen coke with T and A. We ended up doing 22.5km and went for a bit of a swim to the control in the ocean.
Hammy was playing up a lot and causing me to run like an unco.
