3km time trial again, 12:45

14seconds faster then 3 weeks ago. I was going really slowly at the 2km (8.38sec) (1st km 4:07, slower then first km last time) mark so picked up the pace for the last 1km.

control picking exercises out at Pewsey vale with other Arrows.
Did the first one pretty well, flow was a little bad and I didnt read ahead enough. The second one was shocking- not concentration, bad bearings to now where and V tired. Simon shadowed me which made me feel bad cause I was orienteering like a Noob.
I got very tired at around 12 and then got weird cramps in my thighs and couldnt lift my legs. fell alot after that. sigh
At least first one was good.

Ran with Liv, Sally and bun. Mel was technically not there because she is grounded and is suppose to be at home doing homework. ;)

this this morning doing training for the junior arrows. 16 juniors showed up which was the most we've had a training and all their parents and there siblings.

We did a control flow exercise, a bearing exercise and a peg race. I think the kids really enjoyed especially the peg relay.

i didnt really do much but watch kids do stuff and put out some controls. have to thank the uppills and andrew kennedy and steve and jane and deans mum and jenny for doing lots of stuff too.

woke up feeling pretty bad, chest was cold, throat is very sore etc. Went running anyway even though i wanted to stay in bed. Was such a slog. had to walk up hills and breathing was funny. anyway Have lots of sniffles now and a nice head cold, chest is better though. hopefully will go away soon as i have juniors training on sunday and need to work tomorrow.
