Oy at lady alice gold fields. Loved the middle distance controls then all the other controls were meh. Was pretty sick. Felt ok and thought I could run for alot longer but was soooo tired after.

I am much more fitter than last year so I had an Idea that I would do 56mins. But felt pretty good after the 1st 6 km so pushed the end.
Did 55.33 in the end so super happy. Can go faster too :-)

Yah I ran so much more stongly today. Felt good. Up to the tap via the pine area etc and then down over the new waterfall tracks. Found some kids doing orienteering and then found adrian riding his bike. He was impressed with the school kids doing the orienteering..so he went to go talk to their teahers.

Felt quite out of it this morning so intervals didnt happened so we opted for a very hilly run. Up suffolk road to the wiggly goat track and then through the park. Oh btw this was with zara and callum. Callum was very naughty today.

Everyone did kinda their own thing tonight. Simon did100's. Some did the usual north adelaide interval loop.i did 4k reps again. Feeling much quicker :-)

Today I booked my car in for a service so I decided to do my run from the mechanics.this run was a Mega struggle.I went down coro parade to craigburn and then along the new bike path on the creek into coro and back into Frank Smith and into black wood forrest. Then from here I did a loop into belair. Hurts lotssss
