i was about to go for a run but mum said i had to go for a walk with her, so i went for an hour walk instead. i was going to do the run after that but mum yet again stopped me when she opened a bottle of wine...so i made chocolate cake and we sat and drank wine and ate cake...

little courses, there were 5 of them but i impaled myself on a stump on no. 4, and now i cant run or walk properly ...or laugh. ab muscles do not work anymore, quite bruised

ok, people in qld run their long runs way to slow hahaha. sorry to tell you this qld's but S.A people run fast. I struggled and then my legs hurt and i had a stitch the whole way. just unpleasant.

went for a run to do hills, only did 9 because knee is still iffy


While on my run, just around the corner from my house, i witnessed the funniest thing i have ever seen.

a garbage truck driver drove past two post boxes with its bin arm still out, ran into the post boxes, ripped them out of the ground and broke half of its arms off... there are now 6( 2 council, 2 drivers and 2 postmen) men hanging around the truck yelling at each other.

ran around the courses at Mt cootha for this weekends event. they are 1.5 km longer then stated so watch out!

training at clives, making alot of small mistakes and i wasnt really pushing it due to sprintivals later

Sprint training at UQ, 4 courses set by anna, didnt do them backwards cause i was kinda tired. good session though
