run 21:00 [3]

lil run before i started my 10.5 hour shift today....
also im mega tired, i stayed up far to late last night

Wednesday Oct 1, 2008 #

run (Kokoda) 19:09 [5] 2.0 km (9:35 / km) +280m 5:38 / km

so this was fun. I hope to bring this time down over the next few weeks.
from gap creek up kokoda trail to channel 9. I had to walk for about 3mins of it cause it was too steep. Next week i will take my O shoes.

run 22:11 [3] 4.5 km (4:56 / km)

running back down the highwood road trail from channel 9, and then down dingos back to gap creek
i did the whole run in 41.20.
im hoping to lower that time to below 38

Note

this is where i went for the aus sprint champs,
3 and 4 were very very very bad.... :( probably one of the worst sprints ive done.. the york town one was the worst (dam suspension bridge)

Monday Sep 29, 2008 #

cycle warm up/down 10:00 [1]

cycle intervals 53:00 [5]

arrrggg working 10 hours then doing this is painful

also on another note, my orienteering nightmares are back. this one involved aislinn and we were at the oringen sprint champs??? and aislinn had caught me by 1min at a control that i over shot, which were theses massive two boulders, however when i went back to get the contol there was a cave in one of the boulders with a light comming from in. As i got closer to the cave a giant bear appeared and growled at me and i ran away back to the finish to tell everyone about my bear attack...which aislinn didnt see so no one believed me.
