First run in a bit. Starting off back at the beginning... except for Orienteering ( which seems to not make it hurt (that much) ) that I will be doing for the next two weekends.

2x10 30kg squats and then I tried another 10 but only made 5.
I also did 2x10 10kg double hamstring curl. I wanted to do one legged ones but the lowest weight is 10kg and I couldn’t do that.
