First half of the course didn't go great as I messed up on control 2. For the rest of the first map I was sorta mad orienteering. On the run connecting from map 1 to map 2 I pushed hard to work out my anger. For the second map I was much more focused.

Felt a bit of a ting in behind my right knee before around 16 km where it kicked in a hurt more
