ahr:168 max:195 shoes: Salomon Speed Cross 4

Went in this race with a really clear head because I knew it couldn't good any worse than the last two. The race ended up going very well for me and just like in the middle a thought the terian and course were great.

Started the race feeling pretty good and hit the first 3 controls really well, but then going to 4 I had a really bad stomach cramp forcing me to walk . This cramp kept me walking for the rest of the race. Other than that though (which I guess is pretty big) I had a good race and really enjoyed the course and the terrain.

Over all the sprint went well with only some minor mistakes. Although I did get a miss punch right near the end where I thought I had gotten the control but apparently my si didn't register it. IT's too bad that I got the miss punch but I'm still happy with my race.
