Mad one with the men Pete and Louis
Knew it was gonna be long one when u were first one to start walking. Pushed on through the adversity as we headed up to Beinn Ime for my first ever Munro. Got seriously cloudy and sketchy with sheet ice. Took the psychology of trying not to die but the others didn’t seem to give one so they were waiting for me a lot. Then another trek up to Beinn Narnain where there were some great views of some clouds. This was followed by an intensely fast descent back to sea level bit of an epic followed by a good 2 hours of feeling sick but good old Rona’s cookies got me through.
Hard but enjoyable way to get my first two munros with the boys.

The annual sroc new year cracker came with 2019’s first banter start win beating stiff competition from Fran and then only messed one route up but cost me quite a lot of places so finished down in 8th
