1 and 2 my legs felt ok but as soon as I turned to go uphill they were like no and I was walking and then joe got me and we messed 3 up.
Caught Alex and joe back at 5 and then from 7 to 8 went full retard mode and went left instead of on the path
Mucked 10 and 11 up as well
At least I had a good banter finish with Jonny Malley so at least I can still sprint
But still loads of work to do to get back in any kind of shape
