Note

Looking back at Norway I am quiet pleased I’ve learned what it takes to actually gain seconds in places and know what I need to practice in future training sessions to improve. The running has really helped and I feel much better than a few months ago plus and I also feel as though my leg speed is much quicker now.
Class training and lots of fun this past week.

Absolute banter started the mass start winning by a comfortable margin and sick to see my boi Louis take his as well.
Stuck with the leaders as long as possible after that ,2 controls.
But then kinda finished it off with joe and a nydalens guy. Would of been interesting to see how I could’ve of done without the sprint start or tiredness but nevermind

Thought I did really well here considered all my routechioces then didn’t deviate occasional hesitation but just need to exercute everything faster to move closer.
Got on a Norwegian train towards end and found it relatively comfortable so quite promising

Nailed every one up to 7 but just switched off at 8 and binned a lot and then went to low for 10 so didn’t have a clean enough run all week but at least I got my first fastest split in a long time
