Another banter start W to add to the collection and a bold fashion statement still weren’t able to make this run acceptable.
Complete lack of concentration on several controls and a slow pace. Legs felt alright but body felt like shit again.
This weekend really sums up the whole year in and out of the orienteering - a big disappointment.

Woke up in the morning feeling like shit couldn’t eat anything so had lack of energy and felt sick. Felt sick for the whole of the weekend pretty much.
