Not sure if the Garmin was being totally fair on some of those reps but maybe legs are just toasted :(
Either way felt a lot better on the 1min reps at the end.

Good way to make up for the missed session on Tuesday, but legs definitely still a bit fatigued from the weekend so quite tough to keep the paces consistent and definitely hurt more than something like that normally would.

Big job. Pentlands with Tom and Finn for the first half, then a quick pit stop to change shoes before an out and back on the seat to reach the magic 21 miles.
