Hyde Park Relays

Bit disappointing that. Thought I might have sub-16 in me but nowhere close once I was running alone. Chip time a bit faster but not enough to be particularly exciting. Next shot is Ipswich :)

Bit of O. Hanging flags all the way round which made the first bit slow, the middle bit stressful, but the final section was good fun. Much nicer way to run training for the planner - might try to adapt this to be suitable as the normal Wednesday training style.

Bit of a weird one this. Wanted to run some pacey stuff because not sessioning tomorrow but also aware of the wind and the tired legs. Ended up doing 10T [90''] 1km. No that's not a real session. No I don't care.
