Big WUP 4 x (3 x 400m [100m]) [300m] Shorter CD
Needed a big WUP to get into the mood but felt good round the track once I started. Annoyingly the modern pentathletes were trundling in lanes 1-5+ so the '400's were probably getting on for 450, which only partly excuses the sluggish *ahem* 82s I was running. Plenty of excuses I could make but actually just happy to have run it and feel strong if a bit slow
