4 PM

Running (out of date) intervals 55:55 [5] 12.9 km (4:20 / km) +90m 4:11 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-Exalt 5 (heavies)

Down to the meadows for a solo session, pyramid to keep it interesting.
1',2',3',4',5',5',4',3',2',1' all off [30''] with [2''] between the 5s, then some strides.

Went out wayyy too hard and paid for it later on. Good to push through and finish it, but probably could've got more out of it with better pacing.

Easy 10, not feeling anything crazy today just knackered from driving home.

Nice new 10 route in the forests out the back of Goring. Worth remembering and might try to find some less roady sections

Monday Dec 16, 2019 #

Note
(rest day)

Rest day in Goring. Felt lazy but probably necessary after a big week in terrain

Sunday Dec 15, 2019 #

10 AM

Running (out of date) 1:42:31 [3] 22.6 km (4:32 / km) +230m 4:19 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-Exalt 5 (heavies)

Got out of my good logging habits towards the end of term but hopefully will get back into them now.

And what a lovely long run to kickstart with along the Ridgeway. Knee niggly to start with, but fine by the end. Quite a lot of miles, and quite juiced by the end, which feels good.
