Boy am I SLOW.

Never mind, MSR is the best format ever created and this was great fun. Made a couple of dodgy routechoices and one obvious error, probably lost 20-30s on nav and the rest from the legs. Great runs from the rest of the team though, 4th place is a pretty good result.

Mix it up why not. Knee slightly twinged at cuppers so no long run for me. Take the comebacks easy no point rushing it now.
