Quite a short session but still pretty brutal. So unfit it hurts.

Hanging two controls

Sprint-O 11:13 [4] 2.6 km (4:19 / km)
shoes: Asics GT 1000 6 (heavies)

Score, made a mistake which is a bit embarrassing, also apparently CUOC rules mandate running in numerical order in a score - oops.

Forest-O 37:21 [3] 6.9 km (5:25 / km) +70m 5:09 / km
shoes: VJ Bold 8 (dobbs)

Radical gaffling saw me set off fairly alone, and stayed mostly separated throughout the race. Two errors, but a lot of really satisfying orienteering. Hard to know if this was down to actual good nav, relay pressure or running a bit slow, but felt really nice regardless. Annoying to finish still feeling a bit fresh, I'm struggling to judge how much to hurt while orienteering atm, shouldn't be finishing every race either bonked or fresh so need to figure this out.
12 PM

CD - VJs giving me blisters
