Riding for the bridge over the redcliffe and then to some park for lunch. Then back to the bridge. There was a massive head wind on the way there which made it really slow, but awesome for coming back.

Up camp mt with Duncan. Couldn't find the steep straight track so had to go round the long way.

Alright, just really slow. Didn't really make any mistakes. Just rode really slow, I think MTB after a really o week is pretty bad. Legs were sore and just didnt have the riding fitness

Stuffed up no. 2. Couldn't see the track because it just looked normal like the lines of trees, ended up going round a long way and wasting about 3 minutes. No.6 I started to go down a 4wd track but decided to take the more direct risky route to try and make up time. Ended up not finding the track and having to ride out to the north and coming in that way, didn't count the tracks properly and ended up going down the 3rd one instead of the 4th one. Ended up realising and having to ride back another 500m. On that one leg I lost about 8-9 minutes. I was starting to get really annoyed at not being able to see the tracks so kinda gave up on the direct routes and rode the big 4wd tracks the rest of the way. Just took it slow for the rest not really wanting to waste my energy for this afternoon and tommorow.

Went the wrong way to the start. Rode 17km when I was meant to ride 5.5km. Ended up at the main road, so I turned around and started riding back down all these different tracks not really knowing where I was going because I didn't have a map ended up finding a sign and missed my start by about 25 minutes.

Was going pretty good up until no. 5 where I lost 3 minutes from not reading the tracks properly. Then I stuffed up the last control by about 20 seconds.

Was totally buggered from yesteday. Just didn't have the legs. Stuffed up no. 3 went to the wrong gully. Then it was just a slow run back in and around on the last loop. Got 2nd to New Zealand.

Pretty happy with this run. Went out easy and slow for the first bit. Stuffed up no.4 through the green by about 30 seconds. Had a gel at no.9 then took a stupid route choice to no.10 that cost me 1 minute. The rest was pretty clean decided to pick up the speed going to no.16 because I felt I had lots left in me. Was to far to the right on no.18 where I lost 30-40 seconds.

Good run. Had some trouble with the map and scale on 3 and 4. Other than that it was pretty perfect. Running felt slow. Course got really boring, the bush and cattleyards should had been used more rather then running along an oval and camping grounds that didn't require any navigational skill or quick thinking.

Good run on the J girls course. I really enjoyed the course, it was a good length. Didn't make any mistakes. The J boys relay course was cancelled because of map problems.

Pretty happy with this run. Me and Scott had some trouble finding the start triangle that was badly tapped. Navagation was a bit off on the first 2 but after that it was perfect. Running speed and fitness let me down a bit on some of the controls.

Good run, no mistakes except for no.9 where I didn't read the map properly when I ran into the creek. Got stung by some wasps at no.8, I don't think they liked me.

Was having a pretty good run till number 8 where I lost 3 minutes and the lead to Scott. Stupid mistake, ran down the wrong watercourse, checked it about 6 times by actually stopping and checking the gullies but somehow I made it fit and ended up down near the start. The rest was clean.
