This went really well. I felt amazing throughout. Even in the final stretch only pain was from eating dinner to soon. I felt I may have been able to even pr(441) but I really didn't push on lab 3 because I didnt know how I would feel lab 4. I think it felt so good for a couple reasons. 1) it was way cooler then it has been and there was very little humidity 2) I was running with people and 3) it was a distance I was used to. Anyways this race was a good reminder that on a good day I still have speed and that I may even be getting faster.
