Dynos and strides

running 39:12 [3] 6.3 km (6:13 / km)

3 by 1600m with some arbitrary amount of rest. Trying to do about 5 km. Spilts 5:28-8:09 rest, 538-12:00 rest, 5:38. Manged to hit the times I wanted but these were really hard. Needed way to long to recover and my stomach was still bothering me. Wanted to time trial the final one but just wasn't up for it so stay the pace. While not an amazing workout it was still great to get back out there. Also I found this deserted forest road right on the edge of Cambridge that I could do my mile on with no mask very nice.

Flying 30's workout. 30 meters on 100% about 4 minutes off. Repeat 8 times. Fairly easy workout aerobically but always leaves me sore the next day. It was nice to be doing speed work and seeing how fast I could run all out. Felt great on the hard sections but had a big cramp on the recoveries, this is the third day in a row that my slows runs I have cramped up on. I don't really know what is wrong, probably just eating to close to my runs. Did some dynos and stuff in here which is why the time is kind of high for the mileage.
