Basic course on local map. Was going really slow because I was tired from Billy goat.

Pretty good race over all. I skipped way to early and was alone in my skip. I could not orienteer well enough alone to keep ahead of the pack so the pack got up by about 8 when I messed up badly. I then ran with aj for the rest of the race which was really great we managed to run the rest of the race cleaner then the others and make a bit of a get away even with out a skip. Aj beat me in the end because he had a skip left so he just skipped 23. My gps was turned off for some reason from part way to ten until 14 this is why the gps trial is all messed up.

This was mostly just putting out controls. I however also did the score-o which was mostly a run seeing as I had set controls and made the course.

I felt really slow and tired throughout this work out. I mostly felt slow in indurence my 400 splits were pretty good but as it got longer I felt progressively worse
