Not the best training. slow with lots of mitsakes. However I did have some stretches in there where I was doing alright.

Contour only and a short control pick. The contour only went really well and I felt in control. The control pick took a few seconds to get into a map with colors and trails but after that also went well. I did these all in one run with only switing the maps in between. The control pick starts at the end of the contour only the two contour maps have a bit of a overlab.

Again was running with Bridget Hall. A 2km trail run with a bit of route choice. But mostly just a run. Warm up.

Compass only did this with bridget so speed was not a big conceren. Made a few mistakes but over all it was pretty good. Esspecally the last couple controls I really got into the exrersise.

warm up. Distance estimation and running. Ran this with Bridget Hall. We had a map with controls and distances to controls, all on trails, and we would guess the distance, run the control, guess again. I was normally fairly close to the right distance but between 5 and 10 meters off.

good contour only course. Was doing pretty good until the end. Did not see the broad reenternt or the spur and went right off the map. Was almost impossible to relocate so after wondering for a while went to the finish.

warm up with Bridget Hall. Run for a few minutes off trails, one person has a map the other follows. Every few minutes map switches off and the next person has to find where they are then start running.
