5 by 400 with 4 minute rest. Splits 64 68 68 68 71 I felt fairly awful throughout the whole workout and the warm up and cool down. The first split I was all right but as it went on I got worse and worse. Particularly on the last one I felt very weak and slow. This probably has to do with my lack of training recently and then coming back and doing a race and a work out and missing the recovery day. Hopefully I can get back into training more consistently and feel stronger.
This race was pretty ruff, I was only two seconds off my P.R. but I felt very slow and tired. Especially on the last lab I just could not push to finish the race and a couple people past me. I still was pretty happy because I had not trained in a long time and still did decent.
