exercise one: intervals with a focus on contours and compass bearings. Did fairly well took a while but made few mistakes.
Exercise Two: a course with deegan(another person who orienteers) were each of us had half of the course and had to follow along when other person was navigating so we knew where we were when it was your turn. Focus on following along and contours. Took a long time and made a one big mistake and many smaller ones.
