Less Tragic today.

Took it steady and tried to go as clean as possible. Mostly achieved, apart from a few little ones totalling 4 minutes max.

S6D #1:
First 4 controls, good through the first two, then 4 minutes lost to #3 and 11 minutes to #4. Don't really know why this happened, been going well all week previous. Feeling disgusting physically as well. Walked and Jogged back to the finish via a few controls feeling dejected.
