Copeland Chase - 4 Hour Score

Nice and cruisy for the first hour, but got really really cold - just about managed to get my coat on - took about 40 min to warm up - feeling so dire for this bit, proper considered dropping to the track and jogging back. Got through this section and wind dropped a bit (+sun came out) warmed up a bit and got on with it.

Started pushing with about 90 minutes to go and managed to make 6s from there onward.
Never really bonked, which was expected - pleasing I suppose.
