Felt pretty meh
Calf painful on the warm-up but didn't feel it once I got going.

Made a few stupid little mistakes in what should have been a super easy area.

Not sure it was worth the 2:30 hour journey for the 500mx500m bit of scrub-land tbh. WCOC got beat as well.

Felt ok - all around 29s

Calf a little sore but not too bad.

Nice raz with Dan+Ali
Ran with them until 3k where turned back to do 6 total - calf ok but dont want to push it.

Practiced taking a gel at 3:45s which was pretty successful - even if I had to endure the Dan+Ali hate for taking one after 3k... whatever...
