85 lengths - the start of my Day spent at the sports center because I had so much time to kill in town.
11 AM

Cross Training 1:00:00 [3]

Fairly chilled out static bike - again killing time and getting some sort of longer stuff in without messing with my calf.

Core.
Was pretty bored by this point - did all the fancy stuff with the slam bags.

Hills - 12x40seconds with jog down recovery.
Pre breakfast so feeling grim - nice morning and nice sesion though.

Keswick Sprint - quite nice - one huge time loss though with a dodgily mapped wall - should have just jumped it because im pretty sure its mapped as crossable.

Not feeling great - got monstered on the 1ks and feeling slow on the 100s
Grim but got it done - fairly good session.
