head was in it better than at LTF, but still found it hard to get totally into the right headspace. on the other hand, i was able to finish without too much drama, which is more than can be said the first time i was here (5 years ago!?!?).

on an exciting personal note, was able to stay third overall in the season standings!

lord hill w/ e - did part of bog slog course that i missed. water level really really high and lots of wind-blown debris from the recent storms.
