Knock hill - basically just straight up and down. Pushed on the climb but careful on the descent cos the trail was a state

Surfing 2:00:00 [3]

4-5ft offshore at the links, very nice. Tide was in so spent a lot of time and effort trying to get back out each time. Changed out of our wetsuits on the beach and went for a swimsuit dip at the end, not as cold as I though it would be tbh.

Calf still sore, but not as bad. Stretching doesn’t make it feel any better and rolling makes it worse.

(rest day)

Calf still sore this morning, can feel it even just walking. Absolutely disgusting weather at the coast today so not too disappointed about another rest day. Going to get on the stretching/rolling and revision instead.

S&C (Yoga) 45:00 [3]

Yoga flow YouTube video with K - our poses didn’t look anything like the lady on YouTube but feeling very bendy afterwards. Would do again.

Deeside runners back at Glen T, very happy.4x2 (1). Legs, especially calfs, still achy from the weekend. Felt a bit uncomfortable during the warm up and R calf was painful. Started the reps and seemed to start to ease off, still moving very slow though with heavy legs. 4th rep got a very sharp pain in R calf so called it quits. Jogged rest of 2 bridges loop, pain didn’t go away and wanted to walk but had to get back to the cars. What I though was just doms might be something else so plan is at least a couple days of r&r until until all feels normal. Hopefully nothing to worry about
