Trekvällars stage 1 H20. Ok race. Felt strong in the running but at bit slow uphill. Made a few errors near the ring and some planning errors which bothers me a lot. I need to pick better attackpoints for tomorrows race, better=easier to spot, and take it easy to first control and get into the race. It was hard as Josh said to think about these things while running. They need to be routine based.
I did most good, excluding the orienteering part, running like a real race tonight. I did my routines before race good. I continued taking it seriously and tried my best even though it didn't go very well partly <--- Really happy of myself doing so.
It's funny how me and Josh was joking about the map there is shit and it turned out to be really shit. Like really shit.
