After exam ıwent directly to forest to start the last prep. for next weeks Turkey Champs. I will have race simulation this weekend, same program with the race next weekend. Today middle, tomorrow long and sunday sprint or intervals.
Today was technically good and physically ı felt that ı am ın right way. In the beggining ı struggled technically but after 3. control everythıng was superb.

I am in exam week and ıts very hard to stay energetic between all. I have exam everyday and trainings also. Today ı decided to skip because felt not recovered from stress and did not sleep good last night.
