Between both people:
10 rounds of 300m farmers carry with 2x 50lb kettlebells
20 rounds of 6 front squats (95lb) and 15cal row

Oof. The farmers carry was the hardest. I was a bit stronger than my partner so while he did the farmers carry, I'd go through typically two and a half rounds of the front squats/row - we kept alternating, and ended up finishing both sets of activities within about a minute of each other.

I was toast after the race last night. I made it through the deadlift sets unbroken, but only just. I'm just glad I was able to grind it out and keep it under the 30min time cap. I'm really looking forward to taking tomorrow as a rest day!

Last race of the series, finished 103rd out of 120ish. It was too hot out, and I was shattered by halfway, but dragged it back in. Based on my time comparisons I wasn't all that much slower than usual, but it sure felt like it.

Had tried to do overhead squats but shoulders weren't happening today. Felt light for front squats, could have done more.

25 wall balls 16lb
3min rest between rounds

I didn't watch the clock so I was 15sec late starting the second round. Finished the first round in about 2:55. I did each wall ball set unbroken, probably should be using the 18lb ball at this point. My times hovered right around 3:00 average, I think my last round was 3:07. I was doing around 1:50 for my 500m.
