Jog around confidence course being safety supervisor for cadets, after a nice Armistice Day parade in town (100th anniversary).
Upper legs still not fully recovered from week before last, and feeling pretty strained in the glutes.

With Darron in the AR Duo, out to channel marker beyond cut in some big waves. Tahunanui then back to harbour for a few intervals and a stability test of the boat, followed by a wet exit.
