Kayak HQ group paddle down the Motueka from Woodstock to Rocky River. Chris nicely offered to steer the AR Duo if I cam along so I took him on the offer. Learnt heaps, including how well the boat flexes when going over shallow rapids...

Turf 5k series. Pleasantly surprised at how I went. Got pipped for the win by a new guy, but only by 15s so there's room to close that gap next week. Suppose I'd better not get too focused on 5km times though...time better spent on a longer run at the moment.
