Wily Weka with Jen. Fourth overall, second in mixed open. Really fun race.

Set out with the intent to do this loop in less than an hour, and managed with a few minutes to spare. Have had this as a goal for some time, great to achieve it.

Lunchtime run with Oliver from work, trying out new shoes. No shower facilities at work so we've developed a slightly convoluted plan that involves driving to gym, running from there then showering and driving back to office.

Thighs burning from the first real attempt at hills on the road bike. Went OK, did several climbs up the first bit of Panorama Drive which is very convenient to home - who needs a wind trainer?
