Too the new AR Duo out around Monaco for a trial with Jen. Really pleased with it, light, stable and fun to paddle. Now need to work out own roof racks so I don't need to borrow Dave's car to get it into the water...

Ran with Georgia, Pat, Brent and others I don't know so well on their usual Thursday group ("of pain and suffering") which seems to have a similar pace/style to the usual Thursday run so that suited well. Feeling a bit slow after a month off and hamstrings started twitching/cramping toward the top of the climb which slowed me to a walk for a section. Stretch+gels at the top seemed to help. Nice to explore a bit of the single track around the Dun. Enjoyed it.

Winter Series at Tahuna. Good course, forced myself to ignore low value stuff and worked out pretty well.
