Walked the orange with Jen, both enjoyed ourselves.

Found it very hard to choose (then find!) attackpoints or catching features. Not a great time with a very slow stat into the first controls, then settled down through the middle before another big over-running mistake.

shoes: Mizuno Road Flats (Green-Grey)

Took everyone a bit to sort themselves out at the start, I ended up in front which (having arrived late as usual and missed the briefing) could have gone badly but I managed to work out the course. Good run but wasn't pushing super hard early on.
