Practice in various St Arnaud scrub/boulder terrain. Difficult. But discovered a couple of strategies that do work and some that don't!

Long Run down to Devonport along the coast till the Takapuna cliffs, then back along various roads. Felt pretty good throughout, starting to flag a little at the end. Cruisy pace throughout.
